Tell us that first and the rest second. It changes the pace, the record and frequently the number of delivery addresses, and there is rarely any advantage in rushing it.
Downsizing?
Send the new floor plan or the room dimensions. We will tell you which of your pieces are genuinely marginal, which is a better starting point than a general worry about space.
If something went wrong
Write and say so plainly. Your booking contract covers claims and the time limits on them, and we would far rather deal with it directly than leave you reading clauses alone.
